Exhibition: NCECA Clay National Biennial Exhibition
Location: Phoenix AZ
Held in
odd-numbered years, the NCECA Clay National Biennial Exhibition
is the premier juried exhibition. Entered works must have been
completed within the last 2 years. The exhibition is juried from
digital images by three prominent professionals in the field.
Entry fee is $15 for Members, $30 Non-Members. Please note:
Artists must be at least 18 years of age and all artists from
outside the U.S. (including Canada) must be current NCECA
members to enter. Merit and purchase awards totaling
approximately $5,000 are determined by the jurors. NCECA
produces a color catalog featuring work by all participating
artists. Extension with late fees deadline is
September 6, 2008 .

Exhibition: 39th Annual National River Road Show - call for
entries
Sponsor: Louisiana Art and Artists' Guild
Location: Louisiana State Archives Gallery
The 39th Annual River Road Show is a national juried show
exhibited from December 2 December 31, 2008. The competition
is open to all United States artists over the age of 18. Any
original two-dimensional art is acceptable except photography
and digitally-created or enhanced works. Cash prizes are $2800.
The show is juried and judged by Judi Betts, an internationally
known artist. Entries must be submitted in slide or CD formats.
Entry fee is $35 for three entries and $5 for each additional
submission up to 10.

Painters of America will hold its Eastern Regional Juried
Exhibition of Oil Paintings, October 17 November 15, 2008, at
Richland Fine Art located in Nashville, Tennessee. Awards
will be provided in excess of $11,000 including a $4,000 Best of
Show. On-line submission deadline is Thursday, July 3,
2008. Mailed in slide submissions is Tuesday, June 24,
2008. You must become an OPA member in order to enter.

32nd Annual Juried Fine Arts Exhibition to be held December 6
